our healthy philosophy to Eisteddfod performance & dance competitions
We ensure students uphold a healthy and positive approach to team and character development, during every class. We then harness these skills for use in competitive environments to unify team work with technical dance skills. This enriching process provides positive affirmation for the commitment they have made to better both themselves and their performance team. We believe the life long bonding relationships our approach to performance teams creates, is an essential element to maintain the psychological health of our dance youth.

Our Dance Studio rose from the demands of dance teachers who were witnessing students exposed to exclusive and sometimes, negative dance experiences. The combination of expertise and qualifications within our like-minded pioneers of industry formed the blue prints for a new dance experience, Arête Dance.
We will not tolerate bullying, negative body image or misuse of social media in relation to our dance environment. We are a supportive, nurturing dance community, serious about dance!
